How? The broadcaster is broke after 2014 contest debt, I don't think they would want to host anytime soon.

1999: Sweden won
2000: Denmark won

2012: Sweden won
2013: Denmark won

See the pattern here?

It all depends on who wins the ̶S̶w̶e̶d̶i̶s̶h̶ EBU's Jury vote.

I think a non-Nordic country will win. The EBU's original plan was probably to let Sweden win again because they never managed to win twice in a row but when Jon Ola Christer discovered all th suspicious people on this forum, he quickly aborted the plan and decided to let someone else win. ;) :p

It might be a southern country, like Australia, or an eastern country, like China. :D

Possible winners: :be::de::nl::es::fr::uk:
Less likely winners: :il::ie::is::ch:
Let's just call them plan B: :au::dk::no::se:
Maybe: :fi::hu::mt::pl:
------------------------------------
Not in the near future: :az::am::ua::tr::rs::at::ee::lt::lv::it:
Definitely not: :by::bg::ge::ru::sk::cz::hr:
Can't afford/are not interested to host it: :al::ba::cy::gr::mk::md::ro::me::sl::pt::sm:

It will definitely not be :dk:.Then I think a lot of countries would withdraw in 2017...

I don't think :it::nl::be: will win either... just because many ppl expects them to do well.

So I voted for :gr:! I think they'll send something more uptempo, something greek... like in 2005 or 2008

Yes I do, the following winner is always a Northern European country.

I would love to see :is: win, but if we send something like 2015, we don't deserve to win in 2016...
Also, Paul Oscar might participate in 2016, and with his harsh judgement on songs he performs, he would choose something great, and many people in Iceland think he'll be the first winner for Iceland...

My little heart tells me :al:

This is based purely on a Lindita Halimi or Rona Nishliu comeback. I think both girls have the power within them to get Albania their first win. Rona would need something less polarizing however than what "Suus" was, but equally as shocking and impressive, and I honestly think Lindita would have been right up there fighting for the win this year, had "S'të fal" won.

And oh how I wish you could add Rezarta to that list, but in some dark corner of my heart, I know that she has a ceiling at the top 5. xcry1

Well who knows if Rezarta had the right song? It's just first she'd have to break the curse of 7th place at Festivali i Këngës, and that in itself will be a challenge:( I'm still trying to work out how she only came 7th this year with THAT songxthink

Maybe Finland could also win with an Opera Skaala comebackxheat

:ch:

They'll have a Celine Dion-esque singer who will win Europe's heart, and will eventually break through the mainstream and forget that she was ever part of the farce called Eurovision Song Contest.

*I don't think ESC is a farce

My guts telling we're going east this year... Don't know why but :ro: pops up in my head...

Romania I feel is very overdue a win but can't see it coming next year, had 100% televote not being abolished I reckon they'd have won already.
