I would like to extend a heartfelt welcome to you all. Everyone here will participate in six different games over six days two weeks. The one who wins all six games will be the winner of the NSC 198. Let's go over the rules again:

I hope I'll manage to REJU SF1 tonight because I had to listen to some songs 7-8 times here to make a ranking. Very strong semi for me, but I was lacking clear favorites. If my top 10 is screwed over, I'll still have a lot of songs to vote for in the final

For reference, now I rate songs from 0 to 10, using decimals. Nothing too serious, I just give this rate based on feelings. These rates usually range from 5,4 to 7,4 (the lowest I ever gave was 4, highest was 7,8). +7 will automatically be scored, and most of my tops 10 end at 6,8. Here, my whole top is a 7,2.
Despite of this, maybe it's just an impression, but I feel like songs are more diverse nowadays ? Usually NSC is the hardest contest to vote in : taste-wise, it's the best contest for me, but it's very difficult to make a difference between the songs as they feel clustered altogether.

LOL, or like you say in French, MDR.

You can say that after the Greek 1990s mood I had been in the previous editions of NSC and WV, now I'm in French mood, because I'd been in France last week and my entries both in WLSC and NSC were influenced by that.
