Yes she is competing. It used to be an Albanian song contest, but this year they removed the boundaries and were open for everyone to apply. There are even songs in Macedonian, Greek, Hebrew and English.
And I made a mistake yesterday, she is performing tonight at the second semifinal. I thought she was performing yesterday but I mixed the dates

Forgot to post about her results at Kenga Magjike 2019.
She won the price Best International Song, and also she was the winner of the Jury Vote. But after the contestants vote and public vote, she got the 5th place.
