"One of the Boys" is still Katy's best album and personally, I think that's the sound which suits her best. The bubblegum pop songs might be more successful but honestly, they lack some substance and are usually quite generic.

"Speak" was such a great album! Lindsay deserves more... A pity she didn't push her career in music a bit further.

"Lucky" is my favourite Britney song and also eternal all-time favourite with impressive 8 weeks on the top of my chart.

OMG! the record of my f*cking childhood! - It's a crime (and blasphemy) to not have put "Stronger" inside your Top 5 songs but I love to see "Lucky" on top! Great choice!

I'm agree with you, "One of the Boys" is fantastic album. Katy had so much potential and sadly she wasted her music career.

Possibly you will like Sunny - Carrie from ESC pre-selection - 2009, which sounds like missed track from "One Of The Boys".

You must watch my 1999-2003 thread, Britney will debut in the next chart with iconic "Baby One More Time".
She had a lot # 1s, "Lucky" and "If You Seek Amy" even were awarded as "Song of the Year" in 2000 and 2009 respectively.

Sadly Cheeky Girls' album have only some good tracks, mostly the singles and beautiful "Follow My Star" (only one non-dance song).

- Angel (3 weeks at # 1)

I was the host of Kim Wilde Singles Survivor on UKMix forum.
"You Came" won, "Kids In America" got a silver medal and "You Keep Me Hangin' On" finished on third place.
Sadly all her last singles were underperformed.
