National Final format:
5 songs from 5 singers which are from 5 Lithuanian regions (Mažoji Lietuva - Lithuania Minor, Žemaitija - Samogitia, Aukštaitija - Highlands, Dzūkija - Dainava, Suvalkija - Sudovia).
10 voters vote for songs (5 - 1 points).
Song with most points wins.

But why exactly 10 voters?
What happens if more participants will want to vote, or there will not be so many wishing?
I do not know if it is possible to set the limit of voters in case of public NF, that you have to ask the mods.
And is it not too early for internal rules? Maybe someone else will choose Lithuania, yet the deadline for applications is not over.

10 votes is enough to see public's opinion. if there be less than 10? it will be enough. if anyone wants to join Lithuanian jury - you are welcome.

We are only allowed to set time limits on the NF, but not limits on number of voters. It might make the NF easy to rig if we can set limits on number of voters.
