@Nemo89

Have you seen the movie "Il postino"? It was one of my most favorite movies of my dad. It's about the poet Pablo Neruda. And one of my mom's most favorite actors is actually Marcello Mastroianni. I also saw most of Fellini's movies as well. What kind of movies do you like?

Edited my last post to also include titles typed up since fonts and size might be hard to read

Midsommar - lol 1/5
Charlie's Angels - trash 1/5
Jumanji 2 - enjoyable sequel, but nothing special 3/5
Zombieland & Zombieland 2 - both enjoyable for what they are 3/5
Birds of Prey - Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn is great, everything else about this movie isn't 2/5

I was going to watch charlies angels but i don't think I'll bother with that scathing 1 star review. Also parasite not surprised its overrated. Usually the case with movies that win all the awards tbh.

@DaFlo im always here for some more bashing of midsommar! well done (y)

Trash movie, trash cast, super unlikeable characters and they're random af (not the good kind), very slow paced and then an abrupt dumb ending that just suddenly tries to *pretends to be edgy* all in all it's just not that deep, as some people make it to be.

With the hype some people give it, I can say it's the worst movie I have ever seen. That's an understatement.

I haven't been in the mood to watch anything in months but suddenly had an urge for something wholesome. I found this documentary called A Secret Love. It's about two ladies that kept their relationship hidden for almost seven decades. It might be the most moving story anyone's ever told me. I had this aching pain in my chest throughout the film and couldn't stop myself from watering up about a couple dozen times. It was just so beautiful to see the love Terry and Pat had for each other, and the sacrifices they made to keep it alive for all the years they did. My heart kept breaking then they'd mend it right back up again. A super powerful watch.

I just watched the South Korean action horror film "Train to Busan" (부산행). What a movie! Hollywood watch out! Oh, it happened already at the last Academy Awards.

I only watched it because I loved "Parasite".
