Welcome to the official thread of Kyushu!

Kyushu, meaning ''Nine Provinces'', is the southernest Japanese region. It covers the island of Kyshu, third-largest island of Japan, and the Ryukyu Islands.
Kyushu is made up of eight different prefectures : Fukuoka, Saga, Kumamoto, Nagasaki, Ōita, Kagoshima, Miyazaki and Okinawa. Its name comes from nine ancient provinces of Saikaidō situated on the island. As of 2006 Kyushu has a population of 13,231,995 and covers 35,640 square kilometers.
Fun fact : Hoenn region in Pokémon is modeled after Kyushu.

Which absolutely didn't help me But yeah I decided to use this system because I think it's more fair (if you have 2 favourites you can show your love for both of them or on the contrary put all of them on the same scale if you don't like them enough)

I'll be voting here for sure! Hopefully tomorrow, but if I forget and the deadline is coming up, feel free to poke me.

There's one song here that was very nearly my entry for this edition, actually... it's one of my all-time favourite anime themes, and I ended up deciding at the last minute to save it for a later edition. So I'll be torn between (a) giving it the scandalous 100-0-0-0-0 to make it win, and then giving it my inevitable 12 at WV; and (b) sabotaging the NF so it loses and I can send that song myself later
