Switching juries is not essential - you can remain in your current chosen country/region but if you want to switch the jury, you can do it once you have taken part 3 editions in one jury.

YOU CAN NOW MOVE FOR WV165 & 166
any moves made for later editions will not count

I will be sending only Moomin OST-type drivel because we all know F will go on a 5 edition run after Vengaboys won.

More seriously: Gelre doesn't really have a lot of boppage. Most bops are from Noord-Brabant, Utrecht and Holland. As long as your entries have over 100k views don't worry about a thing.
