Switching juries is not essential - you can remain in your current chosen country/region but if you want to switch the jury, you can do it once you have taken part 3 editions in one jury.

YOU CAN NOW MOVE FOR WV185 & 186
any moves made for later editions will not count

Oh, one little thing: there currently exist two threads of Pomerelia. A recent one by Mainshow and an old one deep in the archives that probably was unnoticed because Mainshow went by a little different name when taking the region. If merging threads isn't possible, I'd like to take my old one, for sentimental reasons ^^

Mrvn isn't withdrawn, only banned this edition. So France isn't free i'm afraid.
