A bit of a surprise but happy for Yuval Raphael. Just hope the song is different this time around however I won't complain with everything that woman has already been through.

I saw her video pulling off "Anyone" by Demi Lovato and it's a very difficult song to sing. She sang it beautifully.

^^ Music exists to convey emotions and therefore, we never know if the fact she had survived the 7th October massacre (you don't have to call it "concert thing") was the deciding factor but the top three consisted of:
- a gimmick (a Puppet with a band)
- a Christian Arab Israeli (partly singing in Arab throughout the competition)
- a massacre survivor

So dunno, if anyone else had won tonight, people vote claim the gimmick/pity/propaganda card anyway.

Dana International suggested last week Yuval and Valerie go as a duet similar to 2009. It does not look like that will happen.

Just posting what's being reported. Gåte had to change their lyrics using ancient texts/scripts so I'm assuming this would be the same. Go_A another example. It might just be the part for two lines of Hebrew like Hurricane. That's what I'm guessing.
