TBH, I think you should go with Option 1 or 2, maybe even 4, but don't go with 3, you'll probably fail.

For WV24, as I'm hoping to qualify in the final this time , I decided to ask your opinion on what to send. So, these would be the options:
1. Really famous pop song I'm pretty sure you'll know
2. Same artist as first; folk balad
3. Pop; 90's boy band
4. Rock & roll

So, what do you think?

3 as it's clearly a certain band with a certain strawberry blonde lead singer!!

Which would almost certainly be very popular with the Tyne and Wear jury

Not really I know of two, who both have blonde lead singers. Though, agreed, the second isn't 'strawberry blonde' and most of their songs came out after 2000, but they did form in the 90's, so they should count..

If it's the one I'm thinking of, I consider them more of a 2000's band, as they were more like 1999 onwards sort thing
