Very difficult to predict the Belgian vote indeed! Don't think the Greek diaspora will result in high points, that takes an entry like 'Opa' to realise that.

My guess:



12 pts France (certainly because it will be a Walloon jury)
10 pts Azerbaijan (bound to pick up some jury votes, plus it has already charted on Belgian itunes)
08 pts Sweden (might not get a lot from our jury, but I have a feeling this will win our televote)
