The only issue I have with Greenland (and the Faroe Islands/Scotland/Catalonia etc) taking part is that theyre not independent countries, but I would love to see Greenland in ESC if they become independent

AFAIK Greenland is not member of EBU.

Actually, it would be interesting to have autonomous regions in ESC. Some of them already have national teams in many sports and they don't pose any organizational problem.

Færøerne could parcipate, god sake, they have their own national football team and stuff!
But Greenland? No.

Jan Mayen? No!!

As with Scotland or anywhere else, I will totally support Greenland entering Eurovision but ONLY when it has become a fully independent state. I do like the idea though of Greenland or the Faroe Islands, as Danish territories, hosting Eurovision when it's Denmark's turn to host. However, as with the UK's territories, whilst I think its a lovely idea, it would probably be an impractical idea.
