Meet & Greet:

Argo is a Greek band that will represent Greece in the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 in Stockholm, Sweden. Their previous name was "Europond" but they changed it for their participation in the Eurovision Song Contest 2016. The band has seven members. The members of the band are Christina Lachana (Χριστίνα Λαχανά) (vocals), Maria Venetikidou (Μαρία Βενετικίδου) (backing vocals), Vladimiros Sofianidis (Βλαδίμηρος Σοφιανίδης) (vocals), Kostas Topouzis (Κώστας Τοπούζης) (Pontian lyra), Ilias Kesidis (Ηλίας Κεσίδης) (backing vocals, percussion) and Alekos Papadopoulos (Αλέκος Παπαδόπουλος) (davul).

I almost wanna do a joke about the economic situation and the 2015 entry, but I leave it for people to do it for themselves, cause seriously, I think it is just months till Greece is falling. If you are away in 2016, please come back as soon as you can!

About next year...
First of all, it's a long way until next year for Greece.
We should first confirm participation.
I have to inform you that our new goverment is not crazy about partiotic formats.
Besides of this, the new president of Nerit (that will change to ERT again),
is a singer, WAY different from the singers that represent us in Eurovision.
So, if we are going to participate next year,
expect something in greek language 90%, maybe slow tempo, and maybe with some ethnic elements.

That would be actually amazing! Traditional Greek music is so magical. I love sound of bouzouki and santouri.

Are you sure?
It could be one of the most popular young greek artists this moment

But then again, i dont think she would accept participating.

Although, i wouldn't rule out another well known artist

I love "Oi meres tou fotos"! I don't know what the lyrics means, but the whole song sounds very inspirational

It is! The title means "The days of light" and the song is about the end of an old era and the beginning of a new one, that will occur with the struggles of young people!

Natassa is not interested in ESC i am afraid. Some years ago, she called me insane when i told her to think about it! 2
