Ukraine will either open or be put in the end of 1st half pimp slot (#11, #12 or #13 depending on the year), there's no inbetween.

Usually second half starts at 13 but it could starts at 12 for whatever reason, we'll know on thursday night if we get 4 more countries on first half or only 3

I think Ukraine should open. They will win anyways. First is not worst position, even one of the most memorable after all. And they would set the tone for defying the odds of gravity of war.

Personally, I wouldn´t mind starting with a mid-tempo song which will be catchy enough to gain viewers´ attention, e.g. Armenia?
It´s cute, inoffensive but has a strange "sing-along around a campfire and I have to clap to the beat" kind of feeling.

They don't give the 1st slot to a big favourite.

If placed somewhere between 6-10th in the semi, they're highly likely to open

Yes, and plus their big thing on stage needs time to be put in place (remember the break yesterday before Norway and Armenia), so that would make sense.

This all makes so much sense and that way we don´t have to "sacrifice" Spain or France!

According to their way to make the running order this year, i'm more expecting an uptempo in #2.
