Some of you might remember my rant about the national final this year because they came up with 6 acts performing readio-friendly, generic and mediocre songs only.

The national final is worse. Wow.

I have no words. Thank you, NDR, for nothing! - They haven´t learnt anything from the past. They don´t understand how the Eurovision Song Contest works. They don´t understand that people don´t vote for bland and generic but radio-friendly songs. All of these songs could be some listenable background music whilst driving the car, baking a cake but seriously... what were they thinking?!?!

What a bad national final!

Is it even legal to have so much mediocrity in one room? Security!

Yep, it's utterly ridiculous. I'm not a big fan of the Callboys but imagine deliberately choosing these six over them. I mean at least give your public the opportunity to vote or not to vote for them, at least they create buzz and polarize a little bit.

And the fact they actively choose to involve the radio stations THIS MUCH was a recipe for disaster, i mean come on? How can you possibly be this blind? Which one of last year's top 6 would've been played in the radio.

I stopped watching the press conference.

Seriously.. the worst national finals this year so far: and - had at least "Superman" and a ballad - something a few people could have been genuinely interested in... we basically got 5 songs of the same "radio-friendly, mid-tempo" vibe and that "Rockstar" song which might be the winner now - which I truly dislike.

Our broadcaster and radio stations which were responsible for this selection of bland, dull, generic and boring but "radio-friendly" songs thought that Eskimo Callboy and other acts weren´t good enough.

Instead of focussing on what could do well in Eurovision, they ranked all songs by using "school grades" based on their own taste in music - most of them being aged around 50 and being bosses of radio stations which usually play uneventufl, boring, bland, generic stuff 24/7.

I am not in the mood to listen to any of these. Big Disappointment again.
They really screwed it up big times for another time. And Eros Atomus is one of my all-time-last-fav-The Voice contestants. He was so unsympatic and arrogant while being on this show.

It's frustrating to live in a country that always worships average s*it. As an artist by myself, I know what I'm talking about. The system how they chose just speaks volume about how we perceive these things and it also reflects on our results in ESC.
