i have to admit it fell kinda flat coming after the likes of italy, spain, ukraine.... but it definitely did not deserve last place imo.
the german decision-makers should really think about think about the job they are doing though now for once, i mean since 2015 they have only been better than 25th one single time and that is really sad for a country that has so much to offer as germany does

Just a few minutes ago, I also read the article and agree on every point! But I hoped too many years to believe that something will change. Best would be if NDR as a whole would give it into other hands.

I just looked how the jury voted in the second semi final and I`m very confused to say it in a polite way. ?? ??

I don´t know what they smoked, but it was certainly too much.

Great decision! I wrote here some time ago I can imagine North Macedonia getting some points from the German jury because it would fit in our radio programme and secondly, many German people are very "woke" (or think they are) and I knew this strong feminist ballad and everything Andrea stands for would be well received here.

That said, I voted for her too!

That is absolutely true and I agree with that.
It’s just funny they suddenly realize this NOW after they have gotten that much backlash.

Felt bad for Germany. Song finished last, which is logical, but I thought it was a decent effort. Staging was fine, dude had charm and gave a good performance. Song is just too generic to go anywhere. Still, had this song been in a semi it might have qualified. Wasn't a last place where you are like yeah ok Germany isn't even trying. Do wish Germany would try harder.

So glad it didn't got a double 0, it would have been tragic. I liked the song, it's quitethe common radio stuff but it fits many of my mood so I know I will listen to it again. However, had I watched the show live I don't know if I would have voted for it, other entries were more impactful. I guess that's what happened with many others.
