BRING BACK THE SHIN AND MARIKO
I love the Georgian balls at Eurovision.....metaphorically....not literally.
Oh Matt! How nicely worded So there are affairs going on between reporters and Eurovision representatives? We been knew! I won't ask for namesyet, don't worry.
Seriously though, I can only second your opinion on Georgia. I might be wrong, but I feel that using Idol this time will mean a more conventional effort in Tel Aviv musically-speaking. Regardless, I hope they'll keep experimenting and think out-of-the-box in the future: even though this approach brought them two last places in the semis recently, it is much more worthy than reaching the top 10 with formulaic songs that are of little interest imo.
And The Shin & Mariko were brilliant, I admit I didn't get the song at first, but it grew on me a lot over time. One of their best efforts to me.
this
is
so
good
really
If i were a jury member, this would've been in my top 3 I love the originality of the song, the musicians, the yodeling and the positive vibe I get when listening to the song
The first show will air on January 5.
There will be 3-4 performers in the final. Voting for the winning song will be held after selecting Georgian representative.

As I have understood it, people will be able to choose the winner of the show and in a later decision the song which will represent Georgia in Eurovision.
Does it mean that all finalists (even the runner-up and 2nd runner-up) are up for that "who is going to represent Georgia in Eurovision" or is the winner going to sing the songs of the other candidates again and the public has to choose with song they will perform?
