She is born in Turkey and has double citionship

Why, are there any spin off rules that forbid sending of songs in spin off that were sent before? Because I have never read such rules anywhere...:? (In general FSC Rules there is not anything about that and we do not have special FSC spin off rules. If there is any restriction, it is defined by spin off manager of that edition. )

I was second with that song two years ago and I didnt knew you can enter same song multiple times so everything is ok : )

If I knew this spinoff was going to be such a weird edition, I would have sent a weird song from Taiwan too!!
It's a GREAT edition, full of unexpected and interesting songs~ I love it~
