The Rules for this FSC February 2023: "Best Of: Growers" Spin-Off

1. Any member at ESCYounited.com may take part. Individual participation (one person pr entry)
2. Choose a country (one country pr person). Any available country can be chosen. It is enough that 1 person in a duo is from the country
3. Choose a ‘Grower’, a song that has grown on you after repeated listenings
4. The song can be from any timeperiod and in any genre. Covers/Remixes are allowed
5. An artist may only take part for one country pr edition. First come, first serve
6. A song may only take part once pr edition. First come, first serve
7. All kinds of videos can be used. No MP3s will be used in this edition, just videos

- but the following are not allowed: songs that have taken part in ESC/NFs, FSC or FSC Spin-Offs before
