EVALUATION FORMAT

1. Internal evaluation will take place for 72 hours after the show is posted.

2. After 72 hours, Top 15 songs will be chosen and qualified for the next round.

3. In the next round, Top 15 songs will be further evaluated based on music quality (70%) and vocals (30%).

4. Music quality / vocals will be evaluated by 1 to 10 scale - 1 being the worst, 10 being the best.

5. Top 10 songs will receive the final set of points a-la Eurovision (12-10-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1).

6. Should there be a tie within the Top 10, a tie-breaker round will take place where juries will further evaluate based on other factors
such as lyrics, video etc.

7. Songs evaluation will be strictly based on MP3. Evaluation by music video will only be used during tie-breaker round.

8. Other countries are more than welcome to adopt this evaluation system for their own juries.

The FSC Rules say:

6. New member countries may, if they wish, vote in the edition \ month before they start participating with their own entry. Voting in this case is voluntary (not obligatory).

We have this rule to cater for new member countries joining just after the start (like you) or say in the middle of a FSC-edition.

For next edition, Malaysia will send a FEMALE singer, singing a POP BALLAD song.

Hint:
The album in which this song is featured, was just released yesterday. The album title is 'Fragmen' and contains 9 songs.
Based on preliminary review, this album is said to be the best album this singer has produced ever.
