As CONMEBOL has only 10 members and Copa America needs 12 countries to kick-off then 2 more countries from CONCACAF or Asia are invited to take part.

I think we should only invite American countries. I'd rather see Canada, Mexico, Honduras or Panama there, than Japan or South Korea in America's Cup.
