^^ But in Johannesburg, we don't get something from Europe very often. Mostly it's local or American, and hip-hop/rap seems to be dominating the airwaves now. 
Whenever I hear something recognisable from ESC or FSC, I get totally excited. And it does happen from time to time: The Common Linnets were played to death, and Emmelie de Forest and Mans Zelmerlow also had a few spins. I have heard a couple of FSC entries, mostly from Sweden, UK or Germany. Alvaro Soler really surprised me, as it's the first time I've heard something not in English being played over here.

Three of former FSC Philippine artists had visited my city as part of the festivity tour!
