This will be an internal choice with a possible special TV show. On that point, too early to tell it. The artist will be someone very famous in France. It’s compulsory for the viewing figures. Besides fame - and talent to go with, of course ! – no criteria have been expressed. It is obvious that after Patricia, we just can’t give “less”. That reduces the choice. On a personal point of view, I would like to change the style. I wish we could for once dance on the French song at the Euroclub!

Christophe Willem, a huge name in France, has moved all of his May 2010 concerts due to "advertising opportunities in the Spring". Many people now expect he'll be the one!

The rumour has been around for ages now, but it was the same with Patricia Kaas last year, the French media simply isn't interested so there's no need for France 3 to say anything officially til the very edge of the deadline, as ever. Considering how the Kaas one turned out to be true last year, and a few hints dropped around by the artist himself, I would imagine it's true though.

According to Télé Loisirs that it is going to be between Emmanuel Moire and Jessy Matador. We should find out soon (hopefully).

Emmanuel Moire - mmm, hottie, though we should expect a boring ballad then. I think it's enough of hot men with ballads.

Jessy Matador... wtf and most surprising for me is that his videos were viewed by millions on YT... African Pitbull meets Rodolfo I like African music but not in his performances.

I hope it's just a rumour.
