Re: FRANCE 2012

Shy'm should have represented France this year but anyway... I love Sognu!

France 3 should either choose a known artist (M. Pokora?) or make a national final. Eurovision's popularity has grown over the years in France.

she'll never accept lol

you never know

Re: FRANCE 2012

I'm sure about that. A star like Mylène will not go to ESC. And +, she's too shy for that kind of stuff.

shy? she doesn't lool shy in her videos!!

If Patricia Kaas did it, why not Mylene who is supposed to be a gay icon? I do agree though that Mylene doesn't need to take part in Eurovision, she's still successful in France.

Shy'm! :D I'm sure a newcomer would also be a great idea. ;)

I hope we get something fun, and jumpy! Not necessarily a dance song, but something like Non Non Non by Camélia Jordana. Heck, I wouldn't mind her on ESC stage.

or Yuksek

or maybe M83, but I doubt that'd ever happen

I didn't know YukSek is French... Great song, he'd be good for ESC :)

Mylène Farmer

Hahahaha... No way MF will ever be seen on Eurovision... I would first burn all material i have from her, she is much above competing with "artists" like Hadise, Eli/Niki, Zdob si zdub, etc...

Re: FRANCE 2012

oh please, I hate her !

You hate ZAZ, so I figured you'd hate her too  Do you hate the modern variété française?

But hey, Non Non Non, is really catchy and people either love it or hate it at the first listen, there's no need for warming up for the song :)

Re: FRANCE 2012

What Nemanja said.
Not to mention that her own shows overpass Eurovision by miles
She has very specific attitude towards competitions.
As a producer - maybe, but not as participant.

+ once they have already asked her and she refused (non official info of course though close to truth).
*sigh* she would be rewarded by Eastern Europe, maybe even with very high points )))

ps. Our press interviewed Amaury about his plans and she said that maybe he will come back on ESC.

Well, we hear it too much on the radio over here, so after once, it starts to be annoying... :)

I'm probably the only who doesn't get annoyed by her. I can listen to her for days! :D I don't think she's ESC material though

Re: FRANCE 2012

she's even dumber

The problem with ESC is that the songs are only 3 minutes long so people like -M-, Yodelice, Zaz, or Ben l'Oncle Soul aren't fitted for it even if they are simply gorgeous on stage. On the other part, a beginner can't go either as it will kill his career in France...
So you have to find someone who has success in Europe but not in France like Sebastien Tellier or Patrica Kaas... Hard choice...

Re: FRANCE 2012

please even if she has a good voice and wants to represent France, don't select her... she has a real blond brain...
