:hu: - :pt:

Hungary was lost in first 30 mins but the last 15 mins were really exciting (first half).
Also the huge crowd reminds me of good old days, I love it xcheer

I hope that Hungary will be able to keep the 0-0!

Basically the Portuguese team warmed up for 84 minutes. The whole :hu: vs :pt: match can be summarised in the last 10 minutes really.

I was rooting for :hu: but :pt: definitely deserved it. Well done xupLast 10 minutes xheat

And Ronaldo keeps breaking records:
* He is now the all-time leading goalscorer in European Championship history.
* His double against Hungary has taken him to within one of Miroslav Klose's record (19) for the most goals scored by a European player at the World Cup and Euros.
* He is also the first player to play in – and indeed score in – five European Championship tournaments! Euro 2024???

Weve got Havertz, Gnabry, Müller up front and Kroos, Gündogan, Kimmich in the midfield and yet we only create a single (!) goal chance in 90 minutes... thats quite devastating. What is Flick doing right now? Can't he just take over now already and save us from another Löw disaster?
Whatever, there is much room for improvement for the match against Portugal

Euro 2020 is officially cursed o_O

The man from Greenpeace landed safely on the field, where he was met by security. He was given medical attention and escorted away.

According to the Guardian:
Debris fell on to the pitch and into the stands when the parachutist got tangled in wires carrying an overhead camera, while France’s head coach, Didier Deschamps, was seen ducking out of the way of a large piece of equipment near the dugout.

UEFA confirmed few people were injured :(

The good thing: Flick can prove it next year already. I doubt that we will have a draw or even win against Portugal. We will lose the game that way. We can only hope to score against Hungary and have a good third place to come thru.

:hu: reminded me of our team in a way. Just on the verge of achieving a good result and then losing everything in the end. That's one of the reasons why we are not present on EURO for almost 22 years now. :pt: can do much better, but they won based on pure quality.

:fr: - :de: was a spectacle as expected. As most people know, :de: is one of my favorite national teams overall and I always root for them (except when :rs: is on the other side, though, of course  ), but there is definitely room for improvement here. :fr: looks like the biggest contender for gold right now. We will see what the future matches will show.
