We let them tell us what to do
Why why why
We live to die for worthy things
Oh ya ya ya

We promised we would never lose our pride
Your word's worth nothing if you lie
We're standing tall and looking up, our Father would be proud
And I'm happy to be working my own ground

We'll be the last ones breathing here

Hey, sing your heart out boy
For all the people great and small
Oh, when all else is lost
The future still remains our own

We're taught that we were born to lose
But why why why
Don't waste your breath, it's time to choose
Oh ya ya ya

We promised we would never lose our pride
Your word's worth nothing if you lie
We're standing tall and looking up, our Father would be proud
And I'm happy to be working my own ground

I said
Hey, sing your heart out boy
For all the people great and small
Oh, when all else is lost
The future still remains our own

I hope

We let them tell us what to do
Why why why
We live to die for worthy things
Oh ya ya ya

No matter what they try, tearing up our lives
I know we will always rise

I said
Hey, sing your heart out boy
For all the people great and small
Oh, when all else is lost
The future still remains our own

I hope

The future still remains our own

I hope

wow, no way that can happen imho

Stefan's song could do very well with both juries and televoting and Jaguup especially with juries if he delivers live

I finally took the time to look through the lyrics of Alabama Watchdog.
What can I say - a narrative that's, at its best, questionable if not just plain stupid.
I don't want to listen to these self-proclaimed "little-man-truthers" so I hope they will not be chosen.

Who will be the vocal flop of the year in Eesti Laul and who will be the fanbase shocking NQ? Last year we had Lost in a dance and 6, this year I bet on Stig and Elysa (but Stig will be in the final anyways, because of the name bait).

With regards to "Lost in a Dance," does it really count as a vocal flop if we could all see it coming?

I'd like to be wrong, but man these semi-finals look predictable as hell.

They're "apologizing", but in such a way that underlines they think the problem lies with the audience and not with them.

Whatever, they'll NQ. Can't wait to read their Reddit ama about the devastating blow they dealt to the woke moment, etc.

ps: Prediction time!
Semi 1 Qualifiers: Elina, Stig, Ott, Andrei/Grete & Merilin
Semi 2 Qualifiers: STEFAN, Púr Múdd/Shira, Sahlene, Black Velvet & Maian

Semi 1 will just be all the big veteran names and then like... a random - I am HOPING merilin (who has the best song and thus must be the jury winner right? ^_^ ) but it's probably Elysa or Helen. Sim Card Quens. xheart
Semi 2 is a crapshoot. Stefan is the only lock, I think Purr Mudd are safe and then...?

merilin is definitely not qualifying, lets not forget her vocal disaster xqueenbitch

Error. You should value her "Little Girl" performance, not past things. Otherwise, why singers continue to present their songs to contests? Even if they send a masterpiece, people is judging voice cracks from years before... If Manel Navarro will return to Benidorm one day, I will not judge his new song based on what I remember from "Do it for your lover", but his performance on a new song. It's really easy.

the point is that merilin is not that liked by the estonian public due to this performance and the nasally way she sings

9. Helen - Vaata Minu Poole (7/10)

10. Stig Rästa - Interstellar (6/10)

SF2 :

1. Stefan - Hope (10/10)
2. Anna Sahlene - Champion (10/10)
3. Jaagup Tuisk - Kui Vaad (10/10)
4. Boamadu - Mitte Kauaks (10/10)
5. Pur Mudd & Shira - Golden Shoares (9/10)

6. Jyrise - Plaksuta (6/10)

8. Evelin Samuel - Waterfall (5/10)

9. Maian - Meeletu (4/10)

Yeah okay SF1 is really stronger that SF2, having Stig last in a semi is really sad as I usually love his songs, but this one is bland
