You give 1 Points to your Favourite, 2 to your second Favourite etc.. This Link might help you to create a Top41. I will add all Top41 Lists together and reveal the Results a few Days later.

Edit: disclaimer just in case someone thought this is a deliberate sabotage of some of the favourites - it is not. I make a full personal ranking every week since mid March, The Netherlands never went better than 34th, Portugal was always last. Iceland has grown on me a bit - I don't love it nor hate it now.
