RTP's own institutional program "A voz do cidadão" talked about ESC 2018

According to the link:
- The volunteers section doesn't have a complete model yet, but it seems it might start in January and requires at least minimum capacity of knowledge in terms of foreign languages.
- In a tight schedule, the stage will starts its constructions on 1st April and it's expected to be ready in the first week of April
- At least 43 countries will participate in ESC 2018
- It seems the postcards for this year's edition will be like this: each act will record it in a different location. In sum, 43 acts and 43 different locations. They will be sponsored by Turismo de Portugal
