According to Eurovision.tv calendar there are only 2 finals for Festivali i Këngës instead of three. So, there's nothing on the 28th for Albania.

No, there will be no show on 25th nor on January 1st, but there'll be a special show on New Year's eve. In this show we'll see final 8 contestants singing famous EMA and Eurovision songs. But like I said, we'll get 2 finalists on January 8th.

Hm.. I don't know. It wasn't officially said that it's gonna be in February, but it's always like that. So, it's probably better to wait for official news.
