I hope we do, it's one of the most symbolic things of Ukraine, though yellow background looks a bit annoying for the eye

The winner of the graphic conception (logo, slogan etc.) is... are 2 companies Republique and Banda agency
2 finalists united their efforts and won. They also merged into the new group called "RE Design Group" created esp for Eurovision.

Most def the ESC 2017 logo isn't among the pics mentioned above.

NTU has already selected the logo/slogan & signed the contract.
Ask the EBU why they don't allow NTU to publish them. Maybe it's not only logo, but ESC brandbook too.
Andy hinted that once the new version of the Eurovision.tv will be opened they can reveal the logo.

NTU - no. One NTU official said "we hope that we'll present the logo until the end of the year".

There was another quote where she said in a 10 days but she also added "most def next week" in the end of the sentence. There're no official dates except "January 2017" on the NTU site.

ESCKAZ

Eurovision 2017 Executive Producer and First Deputy Director General of NTU Oleksandr Kharebin and Deputy Mayor of Kyiv Oleksiy Reznikov (Алексей Резников) were guests of ZIK channel today. You can watch the complete interview below (in Ukrainian).

Among other things Oleksandr Kharebin has informed that contest logo may be presented as early as next week. Currently work on the visual elements is being finalized.

"All questions regarding creative concept, unity of technical innovations with the Ukrainian flavour, Ukrainian authenticity will be answered when the creative concept itself is presented, the answers will be contained in it itself", said Kharebin.

According to ESCKaz on the 9th of January:

Minister of Culture of Ukraine Ievhen Nyschuk (Євген Нищук) in the interview to "Poglyad" program on "5 Channel" revealed that the creative concept of the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 will most likely be based on the symbolism of traditional Ukrainian beaded necklace.
And I can't speak about it in advance, the work is currently being done, but very soon, in around a week time, the final decision on the winner of the brandbook will be published. The only thing I can reveal a little bit - there was one of the ideas which in particular was liked by myself and the creative group which was involved. That is, we have a political organizing committee, we have also a creative team, which I chair as a Deputy Chairman of the organizing committee, we meet almost every two or three days, so my role is to somehow gather everyone and to help with the coordination.
And when the visualizations were discussed, on the one hand we wanted to show that we remain open, that it looks European, and on the other hand there should be laid at least some seed of the Ukrainian identity. So one of the proposed ideas by one of the companies involved was a necklace, Ukrainian beaded necklace. Necklace, in which every bead, coral can be associated with different regions of Ukraine. Or bead being a symbol of each country, which will take part in the contest, will arrive to us, which are stitched together with the thread of unity, of mutual respect, tolerance and understanding for each other. It seems to me that this was a good solution, as it can be played with, it is authentic, and at the same time is depicted with a modern graphics in a very interesting way. On one hand looking on it you can guess what it is, on the other hand you see something cosmic... So I think this is a main favourite. So this is some small spoiler from me.

So we'll probably find out next Monday and it'll probably be a load of balls/spheres, something like 2010.

It was pre-recorded interview which took place 1 week before selecting the winners & presenting them.
There's not a single word about publishing the logo itself.

Seriously though, I'm not really worried about any delay as far as slogan and design is concerned. The anticipation is kinda exciting if you ask me. I'm more excited about the first sketches of the Stage, more than anything.

Also I know spoilers about the stage design but I won't tell. Imho the officials made a mistake with spoilers, "maybies", "probablies" and "most defs".
After seeing this reaction I'd have revealed everything on January 31
