Basically, a game where a poster names a song, and the next one "reviews" it in a sentence (it can either be a long or a really short one, your choice) and names the next song. So for example, if you mention Slovenia 2014 I could say "One of my few faves that year, interesting song, sucks that she couldn't pay the flute live and it got an undeserved low place."

So let's start it off with... Belgium 2015, Loic Nottet "Rhythm Inside"!

Haha literally thought about this song when I saw the thread title.

My favourite of my favourite year because it is so well-performed and written by an utter creative and artistic young man who put so much heart into every little detail.

Ukraine 2013, "Gravity" by Zlata Ognevich

„Very childish song in a kitschy stage decoration that belonged to a Disney musical for kids“

(sorry xblush)

Beautiful midtempo song, most memorable for the arm choreography.

It must be a famous song, because :fi: artist Katri Helena made Finnish version of it on same year.

It's terrible, but at the same time it's enjoyable, it's awful but also iconic, it's Kirkorov's over the top russian pop.

A very bewitching song, one of the best in 1997 and of Slovenia as well.

Faboulous: A song with an italian title and spanish character sung in finnish by a woman whose only dance movements were a timid hand gesture, so a true gem and one of Finlands most iconic entries

They tried hard and it payed off in the results, but the song itself feels a bit American and lacks a good melody and not necessarily my thing, nevertheless a good effort.

One of the few genuine songs that country sent to the contest. Real, emotional, personal, heartfelt. Not a song written with Eurovision in mind, unlike the Hungarian entries from 2009, 2012-2014 and 2016-2019.

What can one say about Sweden in the 2000s? Just another Swedish pop, well produced, like Sweden did many times by that point and after it, however surrounded by the environment of 2004, which in my opinion is truly one of the worst ESCs I've seen, Sweden which has a decent acceptable song is rather high in my ranking of 2004, but in general, just another Swedish schlagar that is not unique enough to be remembered.

The duck sounds in the background give me hope it was a purely troll song.
