:12: this is a song I would actually listen to outside of the Eurovision bubble, literally love it

Denmark dodged two major bullets by not sending the Hallelujah song or Fuld Effekt. Now Denmark can just look forward to the annual negativity from Eurovision bubble and then do much better at the contest than most people expected. :D

Not wanting to dance anymore, but I must dance
First round votes (they cut directly to Josie and Jack so that's why their name isn't highlighted) :

Superfinalist votes (the show went overtime and locked me out because the player automatically went to Midsommer Mysteries) :

not too disappointed, but thought Let Me Go was destined for a good result in the final

This is not bad at all, this actually has some good vibes, it's just a bit boring and uninteresting. Hopefully it will grow on me like last year.

Noah Fence but Fuld Effekt, as much as I love their song, was a mess live

I'm wondering if some of you actually listened to more than the first minute of the song - and i admit, it's pretty much exactly the kind of music i hate most in Eurovision, but i didn't see that tempo and style change coming, really. I kind of like the way the uptempo part is arranged, however, the melody and vocals are still really weak, and there's just nothing outstanding besides the sheer surprise factor. Final maybe, but i don't think i'll be rooting for a high placement for this one.

I wanted to rave with Fuld Effekt, but "The Show" is a solid winner. Colorful, high-energy and full of life. Also a unpredictable twist (unless the commentators spoil it) after the first minute for the people seeing them for the first time at Eurovision. 7 Points

I don't hate it. It's... alright.
How well it will do at the contest?
Going by how well Chief 1 and Remee have performed as songwriters prior to this... it might spell 'doom' in Turin..!
