I forgot about Cyprus. :'D They had some great entries in the past few years (voted for them in 2013) so I'm looking forward to their comeback.
I liked Despina too! She deserved to be in the final!

Our commendator mentioned that we'll most probably be back next year. I just hope we won't be back for the sake of being back only, but to prepare something great for our comeback.
If I were in CyBC's place, I'd make sure to reserve Maria Elena who won The Voice of Greece two days ago. I can imagine her in ESC with a song like this (no matter if it's in Greek or English):

Why wouldn't they? I don't think CyBC is in such terrible economic situation (like quitting ESC would solve their problems...), and I'm sure they can find the sponsors as well. But they can instead have an internal choice if they think a NF would be too heavy for their economic situation.
