I just found out today that Vatican has a broadacaster named Vatican Television Center, so its a possibility

Overall I don't understand being Vatican's broadcaster in Eurovision network, which target is inter alia "exchanging TV programmes". But probably, they are emmiting the relations or news from St. Peter Square and documentary film (maybe at times something movies outside Vatican/Italy) and don't participating in any Eurovision-related contest (But this is obvious, when we talking about catholic TV.). This is the waist of time and money
