I really hope they re-consider and comeback, they've been really onto something for the past years and result-wise it has paid off aswell after being flopping for years prior. Are they really such sore losers afters 2018? The song was alright but I think its position in the final, in a strong year, was quite fair tbh... hardly a big failure if they compare to most of their entries or did they really expect constant top.5's from now on? Please come back Bulgaria and continue on the path you were on!

billionaires need to stop funding notre dame and other people who are already rich and focus on the real problem which is bulgaria not being able to go to eurovision. But Bosnia & Herzegovina has economical difficulties. The (most recent?) reasoning of BNT is that Eurovision doesn't fit their content strategy.

to me it's exceedingly clear that eurovision doesn't fit their "content strategy" because they don't have the money for it. a country doesn't go from trying as hard as they did in 2018 even without much money from just quitting because "it doesn't fit our content strategy" lol. they need funds.

I don't see why BNT wouldn't just say they have economical difficulties as they did in the past, if that is still the reasoning.

There are other broadcasts lol. One of them can apply to the EBU and get approved; the EBU did the same thing with KAN, after all.
