That's a hard decision, even though people don't like 2002 as a contest I actually like that they didn't have a black background for once!

2014 for me, I liked the whole concept of that year and the stage perfectly fit to it.

2003 did cross my mind, Latvia did a good job, I preferred their host entry to their winner as well! 2014 didn't have a bad stage but sadly I can't fully get behind it because I just find it a really boring year.

2009 was enormous! That's a reason to want Russia win the competition. The stages of recent years cannot top the one from Moscow from 10 years ago.

So difficult. I think 2003 was very innovative and set the path for all what followed. I also liked 2007 which started the era of LED walls, but I like 2010 and 2018 even more, because they ditched LED walls so classily.

There were quite a few stages I really loved.
2006 - such an interesting concept, that ancient greek amphitheatre reference
2008 - loved the idea of Sava - Danube confluence, but it should have been bigger a bit
2009 - size and overall idea with all those leds
2011 - looked like some MTV award ceremony stage, it was really good
2014 - the best stage overall, great concept, big enough, loved the water
2019 - it looks like 2014, those triangles on the ceiling looked so good

I thought 2019 looked like 2012 actually with the triangular stage. I would love to know what's happened to the 1998 stage now, whether it still exists, where that curved thing is, what that room looks like now etc.
