Just curious, since a lot of people seem to wonder: Why Spain from 12 to 1? I thought she did all right at the final.

I finally watched last year's contest again to make a new ranking.

In the grand final, I voted for Slovenia, Australia and Belgium. I had to downgrade Slovenia because the staging is not good enough to deserve a first place. For the staging alone, they wouldn't even have deserved a top 10 spot but I still enjoy the song.
I think I overrated Germany, when I originally put it in my top 10. Italy used to be in my top 10 at first until I kicked it out for being too kitschy but Il Volo's performance was very powerful and convincing, so I put it back in. I also prefer it over the Swedish plastic.

Well, I never listen to the songs before the Eurovision shows, so I shouldn't participate in this thread But I wanted to post the evolution of my top 10, so my "Before" top corresponds to the top I succeeded in making right after the grand final ended, which means I had listened to the entries twice at best. My "After" top, on the contrary, corresponds to my current top, after listening to the 2015 entries a thousand times

I'm surprised to realize that my top 5 didn't change (not even order-wise), I got it right from the beginning, which says a lot about how solid I found these entries. In the lower section, I downgraded Greece and San Marino because I found myself preferring Germany's groove over time, so I had to rectify that. Montenegro was kicked out eventually because I was lacking a tenth song to make my top complete the first time, I was still indecisive regarding several entries. Norway was kind of a fader to me (but still worth my top 10), so they've been downgraded as well. Finally, despite the awful live vocals and my relative disregard for Albania at first, it grew on me a lot, to such an extent that I had to rank it right below my 5 faves Now I feel at peace with myself I feel like my ranking is really smooth.
