The song wouldve had better chances with a better singer imo. She was dreadful live and there is no denying that. I don't know what kind of effect they used on her voice during that high-note on the catwalk but it looked like she mimed it and one of her backing singers took over. On top of it all, the staging was so busy and hard to follow. She was lucky to have finished in 5th place if you ask me.

Yeah, the high-note thing was really weird. Her voice sounded nothing like itself. It maybe was in fact the back vocalists.

The Azerbaijan family that came on during Madcon and after Safura had a gorgeous apartment I have noticed. :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :lol:

After a surprising 5th place result at Eurovision 2010, Safura has been busy promoting her new album “It’s my war”, which was released on June 18th and exclusively reviewed on ESCDaily. She has spent her summer touring around Europe in various festivals and TV shows, including being part of Stockholm’s pride festival last weekend, where she had the oppertunity to meet Lena Meyer-Landrut (pictured with Safura on the left) again.

Safura has also been busy recording a video for her new single “March On”. Filmed around two weeks ago in Stockholm, the video clip is completely different from the one recorded for Drip Drop and with “more MTV style, with fast cuts and modern styling” as described by her management. The video premiered on German MySpace last Monday (2nd August).
