LOL, seriously, who votes for an artist based on how much clothes they have on? (although I'm afraid lots of people do)

I am afraid as well that a lot of people do vote for both male and female performers in tight and revealing clothes.
I wouldn't vote for that alone, but I still realise that a lot of people do.

She definitely sang better but the dress wasn't really the most beautiful piece of clothing ever made... Deserved to score well and it did.

Safura was improved compared to semi. Tonight she was just OK (not terrible), song is still quite average and poor...but be happy with the result - still it's pretty much overrated - some of the great songs like Iceland, Israel, Ireland, Croatia, France, Finland didn't make even to top 15-20 or whatever...
Many many songs/singers were extremely better then Safura.
Top5 is just too good for this average song.

Safura did a pretty good job today, so I had to phone home to vote for Safura. Great job, top5 is a great result!!!

I wont lie, I sorta completely forgot about her after the whole Spain fiasco, but 5th place seems like a fair ranking to me.

So I can just say number 1 in the final was a failure for us cuz in the semi-final we were 2nd just few points separated us from Turkey (5 points)...If we were performed 22th or 23th we could be in TOP 3 for sure...

But anyway 5th place is not bad at all, congratzz to us!

Macedonia should learn from you what is marketing and interest in the contest. I respect all the promo you have done to do well. That just says that you are interested in the contest and you are going for the win.

5th the place is too much for this average performance!
However, Safura was slightly better than singing in the semifinals (where it was disastrous!)
I hope that in future any one country not prone to such violent and aggressive promotional campaign like Azerbaijan did it this year!

I really liked 'Drip Drop' as a song, Safura is an okay singer and even the performance was quite good, yesterday evening. But still... I didn't think she was 'believeable'. The way that she carried out her performance and sang the lyrics told me that she didn't have a clue what she was singing. It wasn't (comparable to the UK) genuine, unlike Serbia, Ukraine, Belgium, ... (and even The Netherlands).
