Let's elect the best runner-up from this year's national selections.
Depending on the response to this game we can do for 3rd placed songs afterwards and so on. Perhaps we can have a little "best internal selection" contest as well if it's more appealing than this sort of contest.
I'll try to follow the official ESC draws to make 2 semis. Obviously some countries will be left out due to internal selection processes.
Notes:
Was not able to find videos from the Czech national selection performance, if someone knows about it please share and I'll replace the link.
I'll be letting acts on the list that went with internal selection process that gave the chance to choose which song would represent them.
In Hungary's case, since as far as I am aware a final placements ranking wasn't released, I'm going with the song that got the most jury points when advancing to the ultimate top 4.
I may have gone a bit quickly over the NF articles. Please correct me in case I've listed a song that did not end up in 2nd at the final.
Let me know whether the Georgian link is incorrect. Not sure because the YT link results came up in their alphabet.
The big 5 + host are advancing automatically to the final unless there's an objection majority.
As for the UK I'll be considering Kerrie-Anne the runner-up since like Hungary a final ranking seems to have not been released for the final round and she had more "X's" on the previous round.
Also if the majority agrees 5 countries will be advancing to the final. Or then 6. Feel free to post how many you think should be advancing. The number with the most posts will be the chosen one. If none is posted in relation to this then 5 it is.

3. Latvia
4. Moldova
5. Romania
6. Sweden
7. Albania
8. Croatia
9. Lithuania
10. Malta
11. Norway
I've moved Portugal onto the 2nd semi to make it even (11 songs in each semi).
The final should then have 16 or 18 acts depending on whether 5 or 6 advance from each semi.
