No wonder. Given the recommendations of YouTube, we can easily assume half of the songs of a future edition!
NBS was among the 6 nations that managed to send their entry first, but we never claimed Vickman, believe me.

I'm really happy with 15th place - smack bang in the middle of the board and a decent result for a PQ, especially compared to my previous attempts! Thanks again to all of the voters that gifted Clean Bandit and Mabel (and 24kGoldn I guess!) some points

For the next edition, I've been planning to send another Eurobeat song since it ties in so perfectly with the month of October, and thanks to the way the schedules have worked out, I'm hoping that it could take part in the next final close to the 31st October just to make everything even more perfect

The song itself is a remake of a song originally featured on Super Eurobeat Volume 37 - a really catchy, Hi-NRG Italo hit called "Shotgun Killer" by Love & Pride. I really need to start delving back into those older Super Eurobeat releases now that I've found my external hard drive with all the albums on it again, since I'm sure there are quite a few more gems like this one (original song below):

This remake was released in 2019 by the popular group MAX, and the theme of the cover version that they put out is what makes this song perfect for a Hallowe'en edition of NSC...
As a side note, apologies for the fact that I'm having to use my own video edit uploaded to Vimeo. Avex in their infinite wisdom only released a 2.20 music video on YouTube that messily cuts out the last 50 seconds of the song for some bizarre reason, and I can't upload the full song without instantly being hit by copyright claims, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the Vimeo one will stay live at least for the duration of the contest.

I'll probably need to use the 2:20 cut version for the LL, but hopefully people are able to hear the full version on the link below (why would you cut off during an epic guitar solo like that??)

As for next edition, I'm going on record early to let everyone (main roster and Waiting List nations) know that I'll be holding a single-artist NF for NSC 187. The act has already been chosen, and we'll have four songs competing for the ticket to NSC 187.
