There is still quite a bit of stuff left to settle for the country, such as the country's leader and population.

On another note, I've PM'd a Dutch member on the other forum for help with the adjectival form of the country's name (the equivalent of Carpentarian); if you can come up with it I'd be really grateful as I can't get the full name of the country's broadcaster without it.

On the plus side, I am aiming to stick around this time in the NSC WL.

I've been toying around with Carpentaria as my new WL country for a while now, and since Carpentaria is a name of Dutch origin, it seemed natural to use the Dutch name for Jakarta.

It's clearly a minor spelling change

Just did quick googling, and found out Carpentaria is the gulf on the north of
but why using old name of Jakarta? (just curious)

One time when I was playing my favorite game, Europa Universalis IV, I was doing so as a custom country with Dutch culture on the Gulf of Carpentaria; I named the capital of that country Batavia as I needed a Dutch city name — with Jakarta so close I decided to use its old Dutch name as the capital.

It is similar to Carpatina, but I feel Carpentaria is different enough to work. :$ Kind of what happened with Canedonia vs. Kaledonii back when I first joined ISC (I really pick these names well, don't I )
