Re: CYGOVISION XCIII

I have no time to vote in other NFs, I don't have many voters and if I leave it until tomorrow I will forget to confirm so the Cydu entry for NSC 93 will be

Local Natives
Breakers

Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh...

Waiting for
My words to catch like I'm trying
To strike a match that's soaking wet
See through skull
See through skin
Leave all the lights on
Can't see out
But they see in

Stare down my nose, watching
The color drain from my eyes
Cold cereal and TV
Before I go to sleep

Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh...

Breathing out
Hoping to breathe in
I know nothing's wrong but I'm not convinced

No, I know, I know how far it's gone myself
Maybe I'll believe it from somebody else
No, I know, I know how far it's gone myself
Maybe I'll believe it from somebody else

Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh...

Breathing out
Hoping to breathe in
I know nothing's wrong, but I'm not convinced
I can let it happen, just let it happen
Just don't think so much, don't think so much

Hope you enjoy

Re: CYDONI-GIBBERIA 93 - Local Natives - Breakers

For NSC 94 (hooray for birth year editions) there will be no Cygovision as instead I have an incredible song I can't wait to send! I suppose it could be described as futuristic trip hop but I'm not very good at labelling songs...

Re: CYDONI-GIBBERIA 95 - Ólafur Arnalds - Old Skin

Risking it with something different from the normal Cydu entry, hope you enjoy

:is: NSC 95 :is:
Ólafur Arnalds
Old Skin

Where the woods would wear the wafting sounds of sea
Roves an oath, in search for something more to be
Still hard for me

Treading lightly, tightly shedding its old skin
Leaving trails of night for light to bring chagrin
While air grows thin

Wailing winds, alarm, in feathers it have dressed
Surrounding what's left inside its chest
We too shall rest

Roaring lungs, as oath becomes through flight past trees
Only the rhythm of love escapes the harmonies
Leaving us a beat

In these hands I'll hide, in these hands I'll hide
While this world collides, this world collides
It's not enough for me, it's not enough for me

In these hands I'll hide, in these hands I'll hide
(Where the woods would wear the wafting sounds of sea)
While this world collides, this world collides
(Where the woods would wear the wafting sounds of sea)
It's not enough for me, it's not enough for me

In these hands I'll hide, in these hands I'll hide
While this world collides, this world collides
It's not enough for me, it's not enough for me

Re: CYDONI-GIBBERIA 96 - The largest NF in NSC history

No sooner has the ink dried on Ólafur's contract for NSC 95 and CyGiTV has already announced their plans for NSC 96. Ambition has always been high in the nation but only after 76 editions in the contest has the budget been able to stretch into a full-blown, three-week national final.

cygovisionlogo_zps58d82964.png

~ 96 ~

32 songs will compete to represent the nation at the 96th contest, in the all-too-familiar Melodifestivalen format. 4 semi-finals, eight songs in each, a second chance round and a live final to determine which song will be chosen in the largest NF in NSC history.

The only thing we need now is voters. In order for this to work at least 6 voters in each semi-final are required! Songs will be sent out via PM to the juries and the results of these will determine which songs qualify and which go to the second chance round!

If you'd like to vote in one, two or all round then please indicate that using the potential voters list below;

SEMI-FINAL 1 - Laskivé
1.
2.
3.
4.
5.
6.

SEMI-FINAL 2 - Jurdaos
1.
2.
3.
4.
5.
6.

SEMI-FINAL 3 - Danishri
1.
2.
3.
4.
5.
6.

SEMI-FINAL 4 - Hamiliville
1.
2.
3.
4.
5.
6.

SECOND CHANCE - Låpøtré
1.
2.
3.
4.
5.
6.

(If a heat fills up but you also want to vote feel free to add extra numbers! Hope this gets enough support...)
