Dear Crimdr™ Customer Service,
I would like to enquire about a number of technical faults I have found with your product. I had just arrived in Crimea for the first time 3 weeks ago, and purchased your app immediately thanks to your strong advertising and good reviews. Since then, I have had a few problems which I would like to address.
1) The date & time connected to the app is broken, and keeps displaying timezones as places I have no idea about; this also affects the people I message, and means I have unwittingly been sending inappropriate messages to people at inappropriate times.
2) The fonts are broken; I keep getting this strange spaced-out thing. Sometimes I don't get any writing at all; only a deluge of emojis.
3) I am not receiving any confirmations of the messages I send to people. This makes me really really anxious.
4) Your default language is one I can't even understand. I am fluent Russian, Ukrainian and Crimean Tatar speaker, but none of my evening classes prepared me for this strange Latin Cyrillic language you use. Is it a local dialect?
5) The cycle of people I'm offered to choose between keeps cycling in exactly the same order
6) My graphical interface seems a little bit glitchy. I have attached a printscreen below:
7) My signal has been terrible so I have been forced to make decisions on the people I message based purely on text when pictures don't load

As you can see, I have a lot of complaints. However, I would also like to add that the experiences I have been able to discover from use of your app have been... most satisfactory. Indeed, I do think your app is the best method I have ever found to make the engagements I currently have. I just hope you will be able to iron out some of the technical faults in due course, otherwise I may have to report you to the genre police for fraud.
