That song was no.1 on German Single Charts for ages. It was the 2nd most succesful song of the whole year here.

Thank you, Paddy. I didn´t know that because people know I try not to send overplayed songs. If I had known, I wouldn´t have sent it, but I can´t change it now. It wasn´t heard in at all and that´s why I loved it at first sight

It wasn't overplayed everywhere.

I just knew this song because of other online contests from some years ago. It wasn't a hit in many countries. Perhaps it was in Germany and some other countries, but not a worldwide hit.

They said that song of Milow (Belgian entry from last edition) was overplayed too. I haven't heard of it at all in the past. Nor Millow is famous here or in Southern and Eastern Europe...

In FSC i didnt regret because it was a popular hit in Switzerland (and it was only a hit in my country), it was because i thhaught its a great song as i've entered it and then my opinion for the song going down every day to only "It's Okay".

I think its not that bad to send a song which has a bit more popularity in some regions, especially you've dont known about it. For myself, i avoid such songs a bit, but dont exclude them and if i will ever take in WorldVision, one entry of mine will definetely a track, which was a big world hit (Top3 in more than 10 european countries and Top25 in USA).

I hope other jurors had the same approach about big hits (I really hate it and find it a bit of cheating to send big worldwide hits), but for this song I don't agree, I don't find it overplayed at all except of some countries.

Sending well-known hits still does not guarantee a good placing though. As for Jungle drum, it will not affect my mark.
