TVP has confirmed Poland's participation. As always, the participant will be selected on Szansa na Sukces. The shows will be broadcast in August - September. The final is on September 24.

Just like last year, TG4 will hold the national selection. Participants will perform covers. The song will be written for the winner after the final.

Armenia confirmed their 2023 participation at the winner's press conference in 2022.
