All her three siblings are just called Samuelsson, no Jakobsdotter or Jakobsson, so I would guess Cornelia has added Jakobsdotter herself? Maybe in honour of her father, or she just thought the old-fashioned -dotter names sound cool? :)

Her full name is Anna Cornelia Jakobsdotter Samuelsson, Jakobsdotter is technically not a surname but one of her three given names, I think (Cornelia being the one registered as her "tilltalsnamn"). Probably not Icelandic because then it should have been -dottir, but patronymics are sometimes...
