Probably Lithuania and Malta, although I'm almost sure both will qualify anyway (same with Azerbaijan, Russia and Cyprus, I believe). Further candidates on my radar to vote for, depending on the overall impression of their performances: Belgium, Ukraine, Ireland, Romania.
