  • hawadharma hawadharma:
OK I think it was a very good effort to popularise ESC in the mainstream media ;) the song-along session though xheat
  • DanielLuis DanielLuis:
I think they did the semi-finals voting using the final format because of what happened in the final. They wanted to include the douze points traditions and the voting, as it's such an iconic part of the show, but due to what happens in the final it wouldn't really make sense for them to show the final voting
  • hawadharma hawadharma:
Sweden's entry which sound 100% American with rapping part - that shade
  • hawadharma hawadharma:
Iceland's "Double Trouble" could be in the real ESC Top 10 or Top 5 - STEPS vibe so strong xcheer
  • hawadharma hawadharma:
I love how they created fictional entries which sounds a lot like ESC stuff like Greece with "Masquerade", Russia with "Lion of Love"
  • hawadharma hawadharma:
I am still in the middle of watching it after a long interval, because I couldn't stand the earlier part of the movie. Surprisingly the later parts are not bad. :)
  • whiteshoes whiteshoes:
    *always ends last
  • whiteshoes whiteshoes:
I enjoyed how they parodized the stereotype Eurovision songs and artists, I think that was spot-on, but there were some weird mistakes like the semi final results ... and how can it take place in Edinburgh if, as the russian guy said, "UK always sends last" .. and then the depiction of Icelandic people was partly charming, but partly a little too clichee (the belief in elves...) I was positively surprised to hear some Sigur Ros songs in the movie though
